Imprinting

Imprinting

Embossing/debossing uses a custom 3D steel die and high-temperature pressing to imprint designs. This technique demands careful consideration of product temperature and material, meaning inexperienced gift companies often fail to meet client expectations.

Ligo Design's extensive experience is supported by strict standard operating procedures for our team and partners. We guide clients from initial custom graphic submission, planning design proportions, and can leverage our expertise to recommend more suitable products or alternative craftsmanship.

Imprinting Process

STEP 1
Review Artwork for Imprinting

Ligo Design will leverage its extensive experience in imprinting to review the custom graphics you provide. This includes aspects like line thickness, whether strokes have been converted to outlines, and whether appropriate spacing is maintained between graphic elements—preliminary tasks that can affect the final product.

STEP 2
Select Material for Imprinted Product
  1. Imprinting is suitable for materials such as leather, paper boxes, and more.
  2. Ligo Design cares more about the quality of the final product than you do. We will share our production experience with you. You can choose to pay for a sample proof or borrow a sample to see the potential appearance of the finished product.
STEP 3
Begin Imprinting Product

Color Printing

If the custom design requires rich colors, color printing, much like an inkjet printer, can achieve the effect of printing a full image. It is suitable for products that need to feature rich colors or detailed information.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is hailed as a universal printing method because it can print graphics on any curved surfaces, plastic, fabric, and other items. Moreover, its colors are so vibrant they can rival those of a printer.

Fired Decoration

As a traditional craft, decal firing (or kiln firing for decals) produces products that are retro and elegant. It is recommended for clients who wish to create a sense of uniqueness.
